  • Ingredients: "Wild" yeast, specifically Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces, and bacteria, specifically Lactobacillus and Pediococcus
  • ABV: 10.0%
  • Pour: Murky, dark caramel color with hues of purple and brown and a very thin, bright white head.
  • Nose: Dark fruit ester (fig and plum), maple syrup, horse blanket, tart lemon
  • Taste: Bold, complex, and tart flavors of lemon, currant sour grapes, wine, leather
  • Mouthfeel: Very, very tart and very frothy!
  • Finish: Tart, crisp, and refreshing!
  • Overall: Fantastic, funky, and complex sour ale... one of the best I've had!
