- Pour: Murky, dark caramel color with hues of purple and brown and a very thin, bright white head.
- Nose: Dark fruit ester (fig and plum), maple syrup, horse blanket, tart lemon
- Taste: Bold, complex, and tart flavors of lemon, currant sour grapes, wine, leather
- Mouthfeel: Very, very tart and very frothy!
- Finish: Tart, crisp, and refreshing!
- Overall: Fantastic, funky, and complex sour ale... one of the best I've had!
