  • Pour: Cloudy orange-copper with a big, creamy, 2-finger head with great retention and sustained spider web lacing.
  • Nose: Lots of great citrus and sweet malt in the nose of this one.   There are big aromas of juicy orange, lemon, grapefruit, caramel/toffee, and fresh bread.
  • Taste: Like the nose, the flavor is a really well-balanced blend of hoppy citrus and sweet malts.  There are citrusy notes of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, and mango along with hearty and sweet notes of soft caramel, butter toffee, grainy cereal, and hints of bitter black tea.
  • Mouthfeel: Well-carbonated, this light to medium-bodied brew is crisp, smooth and refreshing with a clean finish.
Overall pairing: The tight hard-rockin' bad-assery of Sebastian Bach's "Give 'Em Hell" goes great with the easy-drinking, yet complex deliciousness of the Hell-Diver Pale Ale!  The crisp, punchy citrus flavor is the perfect accompaniment to Bach's fierce and powerful vocal range!

Cheers... and hails!!
