    Brew Info:
  • Brewery: Base Camp Brewing Company (Portland, Oregon)
  • Website: http://basecampbrewingco.com/
  • Brew: In-Tents IPL
  • Style: India Pale Lager
  • Serving: 12 ounce can
  • ABV: 6.8%
  • IBUs: 62
  • Gravity: 16.5 degrees Plato
  • Pour: Slightly hazy golden-amber with a big, 2-finger white head with great retention and sustained spider web lacing.
  • Nose: Aromas of pine needles, wild flowers, crackery biscuits, lemon zest, and a hint of oak characterize the nose of the In-Tents IPL.
  • Taste: The In-Tents IPL is a really nice blend of the traditional doughy/crackery Pilsner and the piney/citrusy flavors of an IPA.  There are notes of pine, grapefruit, light caramel, grains, biscuit, and sweet grass.
  • Mouthfeel: Well-carbonated, this light to medium-bodied lager is very crisp, very clean, very refreshing, and very drinkable!
Overall pairing: The crisp and very drinkable character of the In-Tents IPL is perfect for the rockin' goodtime late '70s early '80s feeling of "Women And Children First"!

Cheers... keep on rockin' my friends!!
