  • Pour: Straw-gold amber with a small white head that quickly fades, but leaves good residual lacing throughout.
  • Nose: Light, simple, and straightforward, the nose is characterized by mellow aromas of fresh bread, minerals, and light apple. 
  • Taste: With a wheat malt character and balanced hop bitterness, the El Dorado's flavor is lots of sweet malt, minerals, grains, and light fruits.  There are notes of browned biscuits, dough, apple, and light grassy hops.
