  • Musical style: Hard rock, blues rock
  • Sound: Bluesy, punchy, and rockin', the sound of Foghat's "Fool For The City" is that classic mid-70s good time rock and roll.  Price's distractive slide guitar, Peverett's great vocals and lead guitar work, Jameson's funky bass, and Earl's driving drums make for a near perfect rock album!

  • Taste: The taste of the Hooker Blonde is similar to the nose.  There are lots of biscuity and lemon flavors along with grassy hops and subtle fruit notes.
  • Mouthfeel: Crisp and refreshing, the mouthfeel is very smooth, but with some nice spiciness and good carbonation.
Overall pairing: Both the Hooker Blonde Ale and "Fool For The City" are great summertime companions for a lazy afternoon of kicking back.  The crisp flavor of the Hooker Blonde is perfect for the crisp, rockin' sound of Foghat!
