- Nose: The nose of the Evil Twin & Beavertown XXX Imperial Mild is sweet malts, spices, and fruit ester. There are notes of caramel/toffee and biscuit upfront followed by citrus/earthy hops, orange peel, lemon zest, pear, peach, and pepper.
- Taste: The tastes is characterized by yeast, fruit, and spices. There are notes of peach, pear, citrus, earthy pine, and spicy pepper as well as sweet caramel and biscuity cracker.
- Mouthfeel: Full-bodied with lower carbonation, the mouthfeel is thick, robust, and sticky with a spicy and sweet finish.
