  • Pour: It pours a pale, golden-yellow with a frothy 3-finger head and spider web lacing that retains well.
  • Nose: The nose is grainy, salty, citrusy tart, and slightly sweet.  There are aromas of fresh cracked wheat, sea salt, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, honey, and light spice.
  • Taste: The taste is lightly tart, salty, sweet, and creamy.  There are notes of creamy wheat, lemon zest, grapefruit juice, sweet cactus, and honey.
  • Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Otra Vez is very crisp and tart with a clean, slightly dry finish.

Overall pairing: 
The crisp drinkability of the Otra Vez Gose-Style Ale from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company is great for the poppy, punky, and very engaging music of early Radiohead!
