• Ingredients: with pureed Passion Fruit and a small spike of pureed Blood Orange
• Pour: Hazy, light straw-gold with a sudsy and frothy 2-finger, bright white head with good sustain and intricate, sticky lacing.
• Nose: The nose is very fruity, citrusy, earthy, and grainy.  There are aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, kiwi, orange, tangerine, lemon zest, light pine, and crackery biscuit.
• Taste: The taste of the Passion Fruit Pinner is filled with lots of zesty and juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors along with a bit of pine and light grains.  There are notes of passion fruit, lemon juice, lemon zest, blood orange juice and zest, pink grapefruit, toasted biscuit, and hints of grassy and piney hops.
• Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp, refreshing, and a bit tart with a clean, slightly bitter finish.

Overall pairing: The straightforward, punchy, yet very drinkable Passion Fruit Pinner Throwback IPA from Oskar Blues is a perfect beer to pair with the rock and roll passion, depth, and talent of the Wilson sisters and friends... especially when blasting their greatest hits and some really kick-ass live tracks!!
