- Sound: With powerful and crushing heaviness in the tradition of Black Sabbath, Sleep, and Pallbearer, the sound on "Absolution" is profoundly muddy, sludgy, and melodic! Layered over an intensely thunderous rhythm section, the dual guitar work demands your attention as do the dual vocals. This is the shit my friends!!

- Website: http://epicbrewing.com/
- Brew: Son Of A Baptist Coffee Stout with Cacao Nibs
- Style: Imperial Stout
- Serving: 12 ounce can
- ABV: 8.0%
- Pour: The Son Of A Baptist pours a deep dark chocolate brown (almost black) with a thin mocha head that leaves a nice ring and traces of lacing throughout.
- Nose: The nose is very chocolatey, earthy, smoky and rich. There are aromas of dark roasted coffee beans, espresso, cacao powder, black licorice, molasses, smoked oak, and tobacco.
- Taste: The taste follows the nose with lots of dark chocolate, cocoa, dark roasted coffee, dark roasted malts, molasses, toffee, and a little anise and liquid smoke.
- Mouthfeel: Full-bodied with low carbonation, the mouthfeel is thick, smooth, and a little astringent with a dry, chocolatey finish.
Cheers!! And hails!!
