Good evening!  The Meista here tonight pairing Bruce Springsteen's "Born To Run" with a Born Blonde from Mother Earth Brewing Company!

  • Pour: The Born Blonde pours a slightly hazy, bright golden-yellow with a billowy, 2-finger, bright white head with great sustain and lots of soapy lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is bready, toasty, malty, and hoppy.  There are aromas of fresh baked bread, lemon zest, summer grass, and soft caramel. 
  • Taste: The taste of the Born Blonde is grassy, slightly citrusy, slightly sweet, and bready.  There are notes of toasted biscuit, sourdough bread, lemongrass, lemon zest, light caramel, and a slightly peppery finish. 
  • Mouthfeel: Light in body and well carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Born Blonde is very crisp and refreshing with a clean finish.
