God kväll evildoers and craft beer lovers!  The Meista here pairing "The Hunt For White Christ", the latest from Swedish death metal monsters Unleashed and a Red Chaos from TRVE Brewing Company, "Denver's true heavy metal brewery"!  This pairing goes out to my friends Jason and Sonia!  Thanks for the great beers guys!!  Cheers!!

• Ingredients: Golden Mixed Culture Ale aged on Colorado Montmorency Cherries
• Pour: The Red Chaos pours a very hazy, peeled grape-red with a thin, bubbly light pink head that dissipates quickly and leaves virtually no lacing.
• Nose: The nose is fruity, citrusy, tart, and funky.  There are aromas of cherry juice, cherry pie, lactic acid, Brett, light red wine vinegar, band aids, wet horse blanket, and leather.
• Taste: The taste of the Red Chaos is tart, tangy, fruity, grainy, and funky.  There are notes of tart cherries, cherry juice, cherry jam, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, grapes, funk, and an ever so slight hint of raisin. 
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium in body and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is crisp, tart, with a dry, lip-puckering finish.

Overall pairing: The Red Chaos from TRVE Brewing is a bright, tart, and very funky brew, which makes a great foil to the chaotic, aggression of "The Hunt For White Christ"!  'Nuff said!
