• Pour: The Invasion IPA pours a bright, hazy golden-yellow with a frothy, bright white 1-finger head with good retention that dissipates to a thin ring with minimal lacing.
• Nose: The nose is an interesting blend of funky farmhouse and hoppy IPA aromas.  There are notes of funky Brett, horse blanket, lemon zest, lemon yogurt, grapefruit rind and juice, tangerine, apricot, peach, leather, pine resin, lemongrass, white pepper, and oak.
• Taste: The taste follows the nose with lots of funky, citrusy, tropical, tart, earthy, and spicy flavors.  There are notes of pink grapefruit juice, tangerine, lemon, dried apricot, fruit leather, barnyard funk, pine, and pepper.  
• Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of Mikkeller Invasion IPA is very crisp, frothy, somewhat tart, and a little bitter with a dry finish.
