• Pour: The Big Bad Baptist Peanut Butter Cup pours an opaque deep, dense dark chocolate brown (almost ink black) with a firm and creamy 1-finger mocha head with great sustain and intricate and sticky lacing throughout.
• Nose: The nose is very aromatic... earthy, boozy, slightly sweet, nutty, and chocolately.  There are notes of bourbon, semi-sweet dark chocolate, dark roasted coffee, coconut, roasted peanuts, oak, molasses, light licorice, tobacco, and burnt toffee.
• Taste: Following the nose, the taste is characterized by rich and boozy bourbon, a hint of vanilla, peanuts, baker's chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa, molasses, toffee, and espresso.
• Mouthfeel: Full-bodied with very low carbonation, the mouthfeel of the Big Bad Baptist is thick, chewy, creamy, and velvety with a dry, boozy, and bitter finish.

Overall pairing: The rich, boozy, robust, and earthy flavors of Epic's Big Bad Baptist Big Bad Baptist Peanut Butter Cup are perfect for the heavy rockin' sound of "Angel Of Light"!  Those chocolate and peanut notes along with silkiness of the mouthfeel is perfect for the depth and complexity of the album while the boozy kick is great for the intensity!
