Hello and happy Sunday!  The Meister here today pairing the amazing triple live album, "Different Stages - Live" by rock legends Rush and a 75 Minute IPA from Dogfish Head Brewery!  This pairing is of course dedicated to the memory of the amazing Neil Peart... rest in power Professor!

  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel of the 75 Minute IPA is crisp, yet chewy with a slightly dry finish with lingering bitterness.
