• Ingredients: Barrel-aged imperial stout blended with a pastry imperial stout with coconut and vanilla added.
• Pour: The Bakery: Coconut Macaroons pours a rich, dark chocolate brown (almost ink black) with a creamy and thick, 1+ finger, mocha head with great retention and lots of sticky lacing.
• Nose: The nose is boozy, roasty, toasty, woody, and slightly sweet.  There are aromas of toasted coconut, rich bourbon, vanilla bean, dark chocolate, cocoa, oak, and soft toffee.
