  • Pour: The Squirrel pours a very hazy, orange-gold hue with an eggshell-white, 1-finger, frothy head with good retention and soapy lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is citrusy, tropical, and sweet.  There are aromas of orange juice, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, lemon zest, wild flowers, and light caramel. 
  • Taste: The taste of the Squirrel follows the nose.  There are notes of orange juice and peel, tangerine, pink grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, herbal tea, and light caramel.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp and sweet with a dry, clean, slightly bitter finish.

Overall pairing: The crushable, very drinkable tastiness of the TF Brewing's Squirrel is perfect for an evening of rocking out to the insanely unique and brilliant music of Jethro Tull's "Song From The Wood"!  'Nuff said!
