Hey there headbangers and craft brew freaks!  Happy Saturday!  The Meister here today pairing "Blind", the kickass 3rd album by Corrosion Of Conformity and a Sour Brainless Passionfruit from Epic Brewing Company!

• Pour: The Sour Brainless Passionfruit pours a very hazy peach-orange with a very thin, white head that dissipates immediately, leaving virtually no lacing.
• Nose: The nose of the Sour Brainless Passionfruit is characterized by tart, fruity, sweet, and slightly funky notes.  There are aromas of lemon juice, lemon zest, lime, light vinegar, passionfruit, apricot, soda cracker, horse blanket, wet leather, woody oak, and a hint of honey.
• Taste: The flavor of the Sour Brainless Passionfruit is as tangy, tart, sweet, inviting, and as complex as the nose.  There are notes of lemon juice, lime juice, sweet guava, passion fruit, Chardonnay, apricot, barnyard funk, cracked wheat, and a splash of honey.
