Good evening metal maniacs and hop freaks!  The Meista here tonight pairing "Catalyst", the brilliant album by Prototype and a punchy Dos Hazy Boi DDH Double North East India Pale Ale from Bewilder Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!

• Pour: The Dos Hazy Boi pours a slightly hazy, golden yellow hue with a thin, bright white head that dissipates to a thin ring.
• Nose: The nose is very citrusy, fruity, floral, and slightly spicy.  There are aromas of pineapple, mango, orange zest, tangerine, lime peel, wildflowers, crackery biscuit, and sweet toffee.
• Taste: Following the nose, the taste of the Dos Hazy Boi is very fruity, citrusy, slightly peppery.  There are notes of pineapple juice, mango, tangerine, pink grapefruit juice, and caramel/toffee.
• Mouthfeel: Medium to full-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp, juicy, and refreshing with a dry, slightly spicy finish.

Overall pairing: The Dos Hazy Boi is a delightfully crisp, juicy, and punchy brew... a great beer for the ingenuity and ingenious sound of the amazing and underrated "Catalyst" album from Prototype!  'Nuff said!
