God kväll craft beer lovers and metal freaks!  The Meista here today pairing "Will O' Wisp", the excellent full-length debut studio album by Swedish black metalers Nekrokraft and a spicy and delicious White Rascal Belgian-Style White Ale from Avery Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!

• Nose: The nose is characterized by fruity ester, zesty, and spicy aromas.  There are notes of orange peel, lemon zest, coriander, cloves, cracked wheat, light toffee, ripe banana, and a hint of pink bubblegum.
• Taste: The taste follows the nose with lots of zesty, fruity, and spicy flavors.  There are notes of lemon zest, orange peel, soft banana, crackery biscuit, coriander, cloves, black pepper, and light toffee.
• Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, the White Rascal is crisp, zesty, and spicy, yet smooth with a clean, yet peppery finish.

Overall pairing: The White Rascal Belgian-Style White Ale from Avery Brewing is a spicy, yet very refreshing brew... perfect to crush with the crushing riffs of Nekrokraft's kick-ass "Will O' Wisp" album!  'Nuff said!
