 Brew Info:
  • Brewery: Wasatch Brewing (Park City, Utah)
  • Website: https://wasatchbeers.com/
  • Brew: Last One Down Lager
  • Style: American Lager
  • Serving: 16 ounce can
  • ABV: 5.0%
  • IBUs: 18
  • Pour: The Last One Down pours a clear, bright golden yellow with a bright white, 1-finger head with good retention and sticky, soapy lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is floral, bready, malty, sweet, and spicy. There are aromas of wildflowers, sweet biscuit, light corn, light spicy hops, and summer grass.
  • Taste: Like the nose, the taste of the Last One Down is malty, and spicy.  There are notes of crackery and sweet biscuit, cereal grains, sweet malt, grassy hops, caramel, and very light bitterness.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is crisp, and slightly spicy, yet very smooth with a dry, clean finish.

Overall pairing: The fun, fast-paced, polished hard rock sound of late 1970s Rainbow deserves a bright, crushable brew... thus the Last One Down Lager from the fine folks at Wasatch Brewery!  'Nuff said!

Rock on!!
