• Pour: The Citrus Wheat Ale pours a clear, golden honey hue with a thin, bubbly, off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving only trace lacing.
• Nose: The nose is citrusy, floral, malty, and slightly sweet.  There are aromas of sweet orange peel, lemon zest, lemongrass, mountain wildflowers, pale malt, cracked wheat, and light honey.
• Taste: As the name denotes, the taste of the Citrus Wheat Ale is citrusy, bready, and slightly sweet.  There are notes of orange, tangerine, lemon zest, cracked wheat, crackery biscuit, and a splash of clover honey.
