  • Brew: Junior IPA
  • Style: American India Pale Ale (IPA)
  • Serving: 16 ounce can

  • Pour: The Junior IPA pours a clear golden-yellow hue with frothy and billowy, 1-finger, bright white head with great retention and lots of sticky, soapy, intricate lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is citrusy, floral, and malty.  There are aromas of grapefruit rind, orange zest, tangerine, wildflowers, light herbal tea, crackery grains, and soft caramel.
  • Taste: The taste of Junior IPA follows the nose with big notes of citrus (grapefruit, orange, tangerine, and lemon zest), pale malt, crackery biscuit, and sweet toffee/caramel.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Junior IPA is very crisp and smooth with a dry, slightly bitter, yet clean finish.

Overall pairing: The delicious, bright, and invitingly tasty aromas and flavors of the Red Rock Junior IPA are perfect for the complex, yet heavy-duty rockin' '70 inspired rock of Arjen Lucassen's Supersonic Revolution "Golden Age Of Music" album!  Those bright flavors go so very well with soaring guitars and Jaycee's soaring vocal performances... and make for a far better nostalgia dwelling companion than Tab!

Cheers!!  Gezondheid!!
