- Pour: The DIPA Doubled-Up pours a cloudy golden-yellow with a frothy, bright white, half-finger head with good retention and lots of sudsy, sticky lacing.
- Nose: The nose is very citrusy, dank, malty, and floral. There are aromas of grapefruit rind, tangerine, orange zest and pith, light pineapple, stone fruits, herbal tea, wildflowers, pine resin, light cannabis, and sweet caramel/toffee.
- Taste: Hop-forward, the taste of the DIPA Doubled-Up is citrusy, piney, dank and malty. There are notes of pink grapefruit juice, tangerine, tangelo, peach, orange zest, pine, black tea, bitter herbs, a hint of booze, and sweet caramel/toffee.
- Mouthfeel: Full-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is very crisp with a dry, bitter finish.
