Good afternoon and happy Saturday!  The Meista here rocking the hell out to a pairing of the killer "Harder.....Faster" from the legendary April Wine and a delicious Tickle My Pickle from Gossorino Brewing!  Hell yeah!

• Ingredients: 2 Row, White Wheat, and Acid malts, cucumbers, salt, coriander, dill seed, peppercorns, and garlic. Hopped with EKG then fermented with Lallemand Philly Sour.
• Pour: The Tickle My Pickle pours a clear, pale-yellow hue with a thin, bright white head that dissipates to a thin ring with light lacing.
• Nose: The nose is vegetal, herbal, and slightly salty and spicy.  There are aromas of light, white vinegar, light lemon, freshly sliced cucumber, fresh dill, garlic, black pepper, and a hint of salt.
• Taste: The taste of the Tickle My Pickle follows the nose.  It is tart, salty, herbal, vegetal, and a little spicy.  There are notes of fresh cucumber juice, dill, vinegar, lemon juice, light salt and garlic, and light black pepper and garlic.
• Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Tickle My Pickle is very crisp, slightly tart, and slightly salty with a clean, crisp finish.

Overall pairing: The wonderful drinkability of the delicious and unique Gossorino Brewing Tickle My Pickle is great for the rockin' goodness that is April Wine's "Harder.....Faster"!  Those crisp and tart flavors go great with the faster, more aggressive songs, while the light, drinkability is great for the more mellow rock ballads!
