  • Taste: The taste of the Ivywild School Tropical Pale Ale follows the nose with lots of hop-forward, citrusy flavors along with more subtle floral and malty notes.  There are notes of pink grapefruit juice, tangerine, orange, apricot, soft mango, light pineapple, a hint of melon, and light caramel/toffee.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp and juicy with a dry, fairly clean finish.

Overall pairing: The very crushable, yet bold flavors of the Bristol Brewing Ivywild School Tropical Pale Ale are great for the Dirty King's killer hooks, riffs, vocals, and overall rock and roll approach on their fiery "Sinners In Saints" album!  'Nuff said!

Cheers!!  Rock on!!
