- Ingredients: Pilsner, Caramunich, Vienna, Munich, Carafa, Melanoidin, Carapils, Chocolate, and Acidulated malts. Hopped with Saaz, then fermented with Imperial Urkel hops.
- Pour: The Czechn' Out the Dark Side pours a deep, dark brown (almost ink black) hue with a half-finger, light mocha head with good retention and sudsy lacing.
- Nose: The nose is malty, roasty, toasty, and floral. There are aromas of dark toasted bread, roasted malts, light cocoa, a hint of coffee, herbal and floral hops, and burnt toffee.
- Taste: The taste of the Czechn' Out the Dark Side follows the nose with notes of toasted bread, bread crust, roasted barley, crackery biscuit, a hint of chocolate, soft caramel, and herbal hops.
- Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel of the is crisp with a day, finish.
