I'm pairing this with a very crisp and tasty Kölsch from the folks at Offset Bier Company! Hell yeah!

- Ingredients: Ireks malt, rare Kölsch yeast, step mashed, and 4 weeks of lagering.
- Pour: The Offset Kölsch pours a clear, bright golden-yellow with a thin, eggshell white, frothy head with good retention and lacing.
- Nose: The nose is grainy, crackery, and grassy. There are aromas of freshly baked sourdough bread, crackery biscuit, lemongrass, a hint of honey, and freshly cut wild grass.
- Taste: Following the nose, the taste is malty, crackery, and grassy. There are notes of crackery biscuit, cracked wheat, lemongrass, a hint of lemon zest, grassy hops, an ever so slight hint of honey, hints of white wine and pear, and a splash of caramel in the finish.
- Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp and refreshing with a dry, clean, yet earthy finish.
