- Ingredients: Traditional Mexican style lager brewed with Motueka hops
- Pour: The Estoy Solo pours a fairly clear, bright golden-yellow hue with a bright white, frothy, 1-finger head with good retention and sudsy, sticky lacing.
- Nose: The nose is malty, grainy, and slightly citrusy. There are aromas of corn chips, lemongrass, light lime juice and zest, and a hint of honey.
- Taste: The taste of the Estoy Solo follows the nose with notes of biscuity malts, toasted wheat bread, corn chips, lime zest and juice, light honey, and light floral hops with very low bitterness.
- Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Estoy Solo is very crisp and very smooth with a clean, crisp finish.
