Hey there rockers, rollers, metalheads, and craft brew lovers!  Happy Saturday!  The Meista here rocking out with "Caught In The Act + Indecent Exposure", the debut EP and debut album by NWOBHM band Seducer and a sweet and sour Side Peach from Prairie Artisan Ales!  Hell yeah!!

• Ingredients: Sour ale brewed with peach puree and peach candy rings
• Pour: The Side Peach pours a hazy, golden-yellow ochre color hue with a frothy, 1+ finger, bright white head that dissipates slowly, leaving a thin ring with soapy lacing.
• Nose: The nose is fruity, sweet, and tart.  There are aromas of freshly sliced peaches, canned peaches, peach syrup, lemon juice, and a hint of honey.
• Taste: The taste of the Side Peach follows the nose with juicy, fruity, tart, and very sweet flavors.  There are notes of lemon juice and zest, peach jam, peach candy rings, lemon drop candy, honey, and very subtle maltiness.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium in body and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp, tart, and juicy, yet smooth with a dry and rather sweet finish.

Overall pairing: The fun, fast-paced, hard rock sound of Seducer deserves a bright and crushable brew... thus the delightfully tart and sweet Side Peach from the fine folks at Prairie Artisan Ales!  Those sweeter notes work great as a foil to the aggressive vocals and the lyrical content while the fruity tartness goes great with the rock and roll punch!  'Nuff said!
