- Pour: The Eclipse Eterno pours a fairly clear, dark, caramelly reddish amber hue (similar to cola) with a thin, light beige head that dissipates very quickly leaving only a hint of lacing.
- Nose: The nose is malty, grainy, and slightly grassy. There are aromas of freshly baked bread, freshly picked maize, summer grass, a splash of honey, and soft caramel.
- Taste: Similar to a Vienna lager, the taste of the Eclipse Eterno is characterized by bright grains, light grassy hops, and sweet and bready malts. There are notes of ground maize, corn chips, hearty bread, grassy hops, and soft caramel/toffee.
- Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel of the Eclipse Eterno is crisp and very smooth with a mildly bitter and dry finish.
