December 27th, 2025 - A Fearsick of Being Pink Slipped

 



Hey there headbangers and craft beer freaks... and happy Saturday and holidays to you!  The Meista here today with a pairing of Inhuman Condition's kick-ass sophomore album "Fearsick" and juicy and slightly tart Pink Slip Fruit Beer (Überbrew Series) from By All Means Brewing!  Hell yeah!!

  • Ingredients: Brewed with more than 12 lbs. of raspberries per barrel 
  • Pour: The Pink Slip pours a hazy, pinkish amber hue with a thin, bright white, bubbly head that dissipates to a very thin ring with light lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is very fruity, slightly tart, floral, and grainy.  There are aromas of freshly picked raspberries, lime zest and juice, light pale grains, a hint of wildflowers, and a splash of honey.
  • Taste: The taste of the Pink Slip follows the nose with lots of bright, fruity, and tart flavors.  There are big notes of pureed raspberry, berry soda, lime juice and lime zest, pale grains, and a hint of honey.
  • Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp and slightly tart with a clean, refreshing finish.

Overall pairing: The Pink Slip Fruit Beer (part of the (Überbrew Series from By All Means Brewing) is a very bright, very flavorful, fruity, and crushable brew that is a perfect foil for throwing back whilst pumping your fists and wrecking your neck to the death metal onslaught that is the mighty Inhuman Condition's "Fearsick"!!  'Nuff said!
