- Pour: A hazy rosy wine-red with a very thin white head that dissipates quickly.
- Nose: The nose if very organic. It is like sticking your face in a raspberry patch!
- Taste: Tart, fruity, and refreshing, the Lil' Brainless Raspberries is wheaty, fruity, and punchy. There are notes of raspberry jam, lemon juice, pink bubble-gum, raspberry soda-pop, Belgian yeast, wheat bread, greens, and an almost infinitesimal hint of chocolate.
- Mouthfeel: Light-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is crisp, refreshing, and dry with a tart finish.
