Guten abend and hails! The Meista here tonight rocking out to "The Rise Of Chaos," the latest and greatest from German metal monsters Accept and a 2017Oktoberfest from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company and Brauhaus Miltenberger!

- Title: "The Rise Of Chaos"
- Recorded: 2016 through 2017
- Release date: August 4th, 2017 (15th studio album by Accept)

- Personnel: Peter Baltes (bass guitar), Wolf Hoffmann (guitars), Uwe Lulis (guitars), Mark Tornillo (vocals), and Christopher Williams (drums)
- Musical style: Heavy metal, hard rock
- Sound: Sometimes referred to as "working man's metal", the sound of Accept's latest album is hard-hitting, aggressive, and catchy! Kinda like AC/DC meets Motorhead. Tornillo's gravelly vocals are wonderfully coupled with the monster guitar work of Hoffmann and new-comer to the band, Lulis, while Baltes and Williams hammer away as the thunderous rhythm section! While maybe nothing new in terms of style, with "The Rise Of Chaos", Accept shows again why they are the reigning rockers of Germany!
- Major themes: Violence, war, chaos, destruction, mindlessness, getting older, finality, power, etc.
- Tracks:
- "Die By The Sword"
- "Hole In The Head"
- "The Rise Of Chaos"
- "Koolaid"
- "No Regrets"
- "Analog Man"
- "What's Done Is Done"
- "Worlds Colliding"
- "Carry The Weight"
- "Race To Extinction"
Brew Info:

- Website: http://sierranevada.com/
- Brew: Oktoberfest
- Style: Märzen / Oktoberfest
- Serving: 12 ounce bottle
- ABV: 6.1%
- IBUs: 30
- Ingredients: Lager yeast, Two-row Pale, Steffi, Pilsner, and Munich malts with German Magnum, German Select, Tettnanger, and Spalter hops
- Pour: The Oktoberfest pours a clear, golden-amber with a bright white, 1-finger, frothy and firm head with good sustain and soapy lacing.
- Nose: The nose is fruity, malty, sweet, and spicy. There are aromas of apple, toasted malt, sweet bread, light biscuit, light citrus, light mulling spices, and grassy hops.
- Taste: The taste is festive and flavorful in the traditional German Märzen style. There are notes of sweet apple, light toffee, sweet and crackery biscuit, lemon zest, black pepper, light honey, and slightly bitter and very grassy hops.
- Mouthfeel: Light-medium in body with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel of the Oktoberfest is crisp and very smooth with a slightly bitter, somewhat dry finish.
Overall pairing: The traditional crisp, sweet, and punchy flavors of this year's Oktoberfest from the collaboration of Sierra Nevada Brewing Company and Brauhaus Miltenberger are perfect for the hard-hitting, straight-forward heavy metal prowess and goodness that is Accept's "The Rise Of Chaos"!
