  • Taste: The taste follows the nose with a complex blend of fruit, malt, spice, and funk flavors.  There are notes of lemon, white grapes, Chardonnay, apple cider vinegar, barnyard funk, tangerine, light banana, pink bubblegum, pink peppercorns, cloves, allspice, light caramel, and bready malt.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel of the Brett Tripel is crisp, tart, and rather funky with a dry, peppery finish.

Overall pairing:  The complex, bold, sharp, and enticing flavors of Uinta's Brett Tripel makes for an interesting bedfellow to Enslaved's brilliant live masterpiece, "Roadburn Live"!  Those pungent funk aromas and flavors are perfect for the intensity, aggression, and beauty that is the music of Enslaved!
