December 21st, 2018 - Time's Up! Strawberry Milkshake It!

Good evening rockers and craft brew drinkers!  The Meista here with one more pairing for ya tonight... Living Colour's amazing sophomore album "Time's Up" (one of my all-time favorite albums!) and a very crushable and newly released limited edition Strawberry Milkshake IPA from Roosters Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!  This pairing is dedicated to my good friend Jerry... cheers and happy holidays brother!!

• Pour: The Strawberry Milkshake IPA pours a very cloudy golden-amber with a 1-finger, bright white foamy head with good sustain and intricate lacing.
• Nose: The nose is citrusy, fruity, and sweet.  There are aromas of fresh strawberry, rock candy, sweet cream, grapefruit, orange, and caramel.
• Taste: The taste of the Strawberry Milkshake IPA is characterized by fruity, citrusy, tart, and bitter flavors.  There are notes of tart and juicy strawberry, grapefruit, tangerine, cracked wheat, light cream, and a hint of toffee.
