- Nose: The nose is roasty, malty, chocolaty, and earthy. There are aromas of bitter dark chocolate, dark roasted coffee, dark roasted malt, dark fruit, vanilla, marshmallow, roasted chestnuts, and campfire smoke.
- Taste: Following the nose, the taste is very chocolaty, roasty, and malty. There are notes of bold and rich chocolate and coffee flavors mingled with smokiness, caramel sweetness, and slightly boozy warm alcohol.
- Mouthfeel: Full-bodied with very low carbonation, the mouthfeel is velvety smooth, thick, and creamy with a dry, slightly bitter, and smoky finish... like good Swiss dark chocolate!
