Hello and happy Sunday!  The Meista here today pairing "Bad Channels - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack", a soundtrack for a cheesy b-movie of the same name by Blue Öyster Cult (BÖC), Joker, Fair Game, Sykotik Sinfoney, and DMT and a tart and refreshing Bug Zapper from Avery Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!  This pairing goes out to my friends Sonia and Jason who brought me this great beer!  Cheers!!

• Ingredients: Bravo hops with Wheat, 2-Row, Aromatic, and Honey malts, along with mint, ginger, and lime
• Pour: The Bug Zapper pours slightly hazy golden orange a with a bright white, 1+ finger head that dissipates quickly and leaves very virtually no lacing.
• Nose: The nose is characterized by herbal, sour, citrusy, and grainy aromas.  There are notes of mint, ginger, lime yogurt, lemon yogurt, lime juice, a hint of honey, a hint of funk, and light wheat.
• Taste: The taste follows the nose with lots of citrusy, herbal, spicy, grainy flavors .  There are notes of lime juice, lemon juice, light orange, mint, spicy ginger, and more subtle honey and cereal grain.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied and well-carbonated, the Bug Zapper is tart and exceptionally refreshing with a clean finish.

Overall pairing: The Bug Zapper from Avery Brewing is a punchy and tart, yet very refreshing brew... perfect for the zany rock and roll of the "Bad Channels" soundtrack!  'Nuff said!
