- Pour: The Ageless Fire pours a cloudy, pale straw-yellow with a 1-finger, airy and frothy bright white head with good retention and sticky, soapy lacing.
- Nose: The nose is citrusy, fruity, grassy, floral, and crackery. There are aromas of grapefruit juice, orange juice, ripe peach, tangerine, mango, fresh pineapple, summer grass, wild flowers, light grain, and a hint of caramel.
- Taste: The taste of the Ageless Fire is bright, citrusy, tropical, with ever so slight hints of . There are notes of stone fruit (peach and apricot), pink grapefruit juice, mango, orange juice, pineapple, crackery grains, grassy hops, very light caramel, and a slight hint of white wine in the backend.
- Mouthfeel: Medium in body and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Ageless Fire is very crisp, slightly sharp, yet smooth with a rather dry, slightly bitter finish.
Overall pairing: Those crisp, grassy, citrusy and tropical fruity flavors make this a very complex, yet crushable beer... and speaking of crushing... how about those doomy and haunting tracks on Sorcerer's "The Crowning Of The Fire King? EPIC!
