• Ingredients: Pale, Munich, Caramel 45, Chocolate, and Carafa Special malts with Hallertaur hops and German Lager yeast
• Pour: The Schwarzbier pours a deep, dark ruby-brown (almost black) with a creamy, 1+ finger, light beige head with great retention and soapy lacing.
• Nose: The nose is roasty, toasty, malty, slightly smoky, and slightly sweet. There are aromas of freshly baked multi-grain bread, light coffee, a hint of dark chocolate, light liquid smoke, and a hint of soft caramel.
• Taste: The taste of the Schwarzbier follows the nose with roasty, toasty, malty, and smoky flavors.  There are notes of dark-toasted hearty bread, dark roasted malts, walnut, light coffee, smoky oak, and soft toffee.
• Mouthfeel: Medium in body and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, hearty, and slightly smoky with a dry, clean finish.
