Brew Info:
- Brewery: TF Brewing Company (Salt Lake City, Utah)
- Website: https://www.tfbrewing.com/
- Brew: Wit's End Belgian Wit
- Style: Belgian Wit
- Serving: 32 ounce crowler can
- ABV: 5.0%
- Pour: The Wit's End pours a hazy, bright lemon yellow with an eggshell white, 1-finger, frothy head with good retention and soapy lacing.
- Nose: The nose is citrusy, fruity, doughy, and slightly spicy. There are aromas of lemon juice and zest, freshly baked sourdough bread, very light banana, light clove and white pepper.
- Taste: The flavors follow the nose... it is fruity, citrusy, bready, and slightly spicy. There are notes of lemon, sourdough bread, cracked wheat, light honey, soft banana, and a hint of pepper in the finish.
- Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel is crisp, slightly tart, yet smooth with a fairly clean, dry, and spicy finish.
Overall pairing: The explosive, heavy duty rocking and roll style of this album goes great with the easy drinking! Both the brew and "Lovedrive" are great for an evening of heavy rockin'! But be careful... too much Wit's End and you are liable to have Lovecrash! :)
Prost!!
