• Pour: The Delmar pours a very black (ink black) with a huge, billowing, rocky and creamy light mocha head with great retention and lots of sticky, intricate lacing throughout.
• Nose: The nose is earthy, chocolaty, rich, malty, and rather boozy.  There are aromas of freshly ground dark roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, cocoa, heavily roasted malts, boozy bourbon, oak, light soy sauce, and burnt toffee.
• Taste: The taste is characterized by rich, earthy, malty, and rather boozy flavors.  There are big notes of bourbon, baker's dark chocolate, espresso, molasses, hearty dark breads, caramel, burnt toffee, and a hint of soy sauce.
• Mouthfeel: Full-bodied with low carbonation, the mouthfeel is thick, creamy, and velvety with a very dry, boozy, and slightly bitter finish.

Overall pairing: The TF Brewing Jesse Delmar Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is a decadent and wonderfully complex brew... perfect for the heavy-hitting, fist-pumping, head-banging stoner goodness of Lucifer's "Lucifer III)!!  Those rich, boozy, and earthy flavors really bring out the sludgy, doomy, rockin' '70s sound of Lucifer, while the sweeter chocolate notes and silkiness of the mouthfeel is perfect for the sensuous and slightly sultry vocals of Ms. Sardonis!
