• Pour: The Synergy Coffee Lager pours a clear, golden-yellow with lot of tiny bubble effervescence and a bright white, frothy, 1-finger head that dissipates to a thin cap and soapy lacing.
• Nose: The nose is earthy, roasty, toasty, grainy, malty, and slightly grassy.  There are aromas of freshly ground coffee beans, toasted bread, sweet biscuit, light corn, a hint of honey, and a sweet caramel.
• Taste: The taste follows the nose with lots of toasty, roasty characteristics.  There are big notes of freshly brewed coffee and crackery biscuit along with toasted bread, light pepper, light grassy hops, caramel, and very low bitterness.
• Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp, yet very smooth with a dry, clean finish. 

Overall Pairing: The very drinkable and complex coffee flavors along with the light malts and grassy hops of the UTOG Synergy Coffee Lager go great with the comedy music stylings of the Flight Of The Conchords!  The complex, yet very sessionable flavors go down easy... a great beer to toss back whilst enjoying the zany fun of Jemaine and Bret!
