- Pour: The Udder Chaos pours a deep mahogany brown (almost black) with a creamy and thick light mocha, 1+ finger head with great retention and lots of sticky lacing.
- Nose: The nose is roasty, chocolatey, earthy, and sweet. There are aromas of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa, roasted coffee beans, vanilla bean, fresh cream, and light toffee.
- Taste: The taste of the Udder Chaos is sweet, chocolatey, roasty, toasty, and rich. There are notes of dark and milk chocolate, chocolate milk, fresh brewed coffee, cream, light marshmallow, hazelnut, and caramel/toffee.
- Mouthfeel: Full-bodied with low carbonation, the mouthfeel is thick, creamy, and velvety smooth with a dry, sweet finish.
