- Pour: The Wolf Of The Eclipse pours a fairly clear copper hue with a thin, bright white head that dissipates quickly and leaves only trace lacing.
- Nose: The nose is grainy, fruity, woody, and spicy. There are aromas of peppery rye, resinous wine, and woody oak.
- Taste: The taste follows the nose with malty, peppery, woody, and fruity flavors. There are notes of crackery biscuit, peppery rye bread, light grape juice, and hints of oak and sharp wine.
- Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Wolf Of The Eclipse is crisp, slightly sharp, yet smooth with a dry, peppery finish.
