Hello and happy Friday craft brew lovers, punks, and thrashers! The Meista here today pairing a crisp, unique, and tasty Driftwood Coconut Lager from Uinta Brewing Company and "Crossover", the kick-ass 3rd album by the legendary Dirty Rotten Imbeciles (D.R.I.)! Hell yeah!

- Sound: Fast and fiery with lots of humor and deadly serious intensity, "Crossover" was a game-changer! Although the vocals are great and the guitars completely rip, I think in many ways Griffin's drumming is the really driving force of this album, but great stuff all around!

- Tracks:
- "The Five Year Plan"
- "Tear It Down"

- "I.D.K.Y."
- "Decisions"
- "Hooked"

- Brewery: Uinta Brewing Company (Salt Lake City, Utah)
- Website: http://uintabrewing.com/
- Brew: Driftwood Coconut Lager
- Style: American Lager
- Serving: 12 ounce can
- ABV: 6.5%
- IBUs: 20
- Ingredients: 2-Row, Pilsner, Vienna, Carapils, and Victory malts with Hallertau, Sabro, and Wakatu hops, and coconut
- Pour: The Driftwood pours a hazy golden-yellow with a thin, eggshell white head that dissipates to a thin film with light lacing.
- Nose: The nose is nutty, grainy, herbal, zesty, and slightly sweet. There are aromas of freshly cut coconut, lime juice, lime zest, light herbs, and crackery biscuit.
- Taste: The taste of the Driftwood follows the nose with lots of coconut, crackery grain, a splash of kaffir lime, grassy hops, and light herbal flavors.
- Mouthfeel: Light-bodied with good carbonation, the mouthfeel is very crisp and smooth with a dry, clean finish.
