- Pour: The Juice Theorem pours a murky deep copper-amber hue with a frothy, off-white, 2+ finger head with great retention and lots of sticky, intricate lacing.
- Nose: The nose is citrusy, juicy, floral, and malty. There are aromas of grapefruit rind, tangerine, orange juice and zest, mango, pineapple, wildflowers, very light pine resin, and toasted bread.
- Taste: The taste of the Juice Theorem follows the nose with lot of citrusy, juicy, malty, and earthy flavors. There are notes of pineapple, orange, pink grapefruit juice, tangerine, light pine, herbal tea, and soft caramel/toffee.
- Mouthfeel: Medium to full-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp, juicy, and refreshing with a dry, slightly bitter finish.
