• Pour: The Cerveza Diablo pours a deep copper/mahogany color with a 1+ finger, off-white, frothy head with good retention and lots of sticky, intricate lacing.
• Nose: The nose is malty, bready, grainy, and slightly sweet.  There are aromas of barley, crackery biscuit, light grassy hops, cereal grains, and sweet caramel/toffee. 
• Taste: The taste of the Cerveza Diablo follows the nose with lots of malty, slightly sweet, and hearty bready flavors.  There are notes of toasted barley, biscuit, hearty bread, light herbs, and soft caramel.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel is very smooth and crisp with a dry, clean finish.

Overall pairing: The Cerveza Diablo is an easy drinking, but tasty little dark brew that is perfect in color for Dark Funeral's "Angelus Exuro Pro Eternus" and taste-wise, makes for a great foil to the evil heaviness of the album's amazingly infernal tracks!
