Guten tag and hails!  The Meista here today pairing "Breaker", the kick-ass 3rd album by the mighty German metal band Accept and an Urtyp Hell Edel Bayer from Privatbrauerei H. • Pour: The Urtyp Hell Edel Bayer pours a clear golden yellow with a frothy, bright white, 1-finger head with good retention and lots of sticky lacing.
• Nose: The nose is characterized by bready, slightly sweet, and spicy aromas.  There are notes of  
• bready malt, crackery biscuit, spicy herbs, lemon zest, floral hops, and light caramel.
• Taste: The taste is bittersweet with more subtle hop flavors and spices.  There are notes of grassy hops, sweet and toasted biscuit, crisp apple, and light toffee.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied with good carbonation, the mouthfeel of the Urtyp Hell Edel Bayer very crisp and dry with a clean finish.

Overall pairing: The crisp very crushable flavors of the Urtyp Hell Edel Bayer are perfect for the balls-out, straight-forward rockin' prowess of the wunderbar "Breaker" by Accept!!  Those punchy, dry notes are great for Udo's aggressive vocals while the sweet notes compliment Hoffmann's and Fischer's brilliant dual guitar work!
