- Nose: The nose is citrusy, woody, and boozy. There are aromas of lemon zest, lime, black tea, oak barrels, rich bourbon, and light caramel.
- Taste: The taste of the Bourbonade follows the nose with tart citrusy, salty, earthy, oaky, and boozy flavors. There are notes of lemon juice and zest, lime, light salt, woody oak, bitter black tea, and rich bourbon.
- Mouthfeel: Medium to full-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Bourbonade is slightly tart, crisp, yet smooth with a very dry, slightly bitter and boozy finish.
