- Pour: The Mrs. Thatcher pours a very murky caramel-amber hue with a frothy and billowy, 1+ finger off-white head with great retention and lots of sticky, intricate lacing.
- Nose: The nose is citrusy, fruity, salty, woody, and slightly funky. There are aromas of lime juice and peel, salt, oak barrels, leather, a hint of barnyard funk, and earthy tequila.
- Taste: The taste of the Mrs. Thatcher follows the nose with tart citrusy, salty, earthy, oaky, and boozy flavors. There are notes of lime juice and zest, lemon juice and zest, salt, woody oak, light tequila, and a little funkiness.
